Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ivan Horvat is one of the founders of SILAB Polyclinic and plays a key role in its strategic development and day-to-day operations. As CEO and Director, he is responsible for business organization, service development, and the long-term direction of the clinic.
He holds a Professional Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communications and focuses his work on developing a stable and well-organized system that enables the professional team to work under optimal conditions while ensuring a high standard of care for patients. Since the very beginning, he has been actively involved in the development of SILAB – from an association focused on supporting children to a modern polyclinic specializing in neurology, physical medicine, and rehabilitation.
He places particular emphasis on improving organizational processes, introducing new therapeutic approaches, and developing advanced technological solutions, including robot-assisted rehabilitation.
In his work, he emphasizes the importance of expertise, responsibility, and patient trust, believing that high-quality rehabilitation is the result of combining knowledge, experience, and a well-structured system. His vision for SILAB is to establish it as a leading centre for early intervention and modern rehabilitation in the region, while continuously improving quality, accessibility, and standards of care.
