Our Team

The SILAB Polyclinic Team

SILAB Polyclinic is made up of an interdisciplinary team of specialists in physical medicine, neurology, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy who work together in planning and delivering rehabilitation programs.

The team currently consists of physiotherapists and occupational therapists employed by the clinic, along with two specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation who work as external consultants. One specializes in adult physiatry, while the other provides specialist paediatric assessments and neurodevelopmental evaluations.

The work of our therapists is based on continuous professional development and advanced training in neurodevelopmental rehabilitation, sensory integration, occupational therapy, and modern rehabilitation approaches. Team members regularly participate in professional training courses, congresses, and workshops, while actively keeping up to date with emerging therapeutic methods that they integrate into their daily clinical practice.

Our Team

SILAB Polyclinic

In addition to their clinical work, team members are involved in the education of other healthcare professionals, the delivery of professional workshops, and collaboration with academic and professional institutions, contributing to the advancement of rehabilitation practice.

In the rehabilitation process, each patient is assigned a primary therapist who monitors progress, plans therapeutic interventions, and oversees the course of treatment over time. At the same time, the SILAB team works closely together and regularly consults one another, particularly in more complex cases. This collaborative approach provides a broader perspective on the patient’s condition and helps identify the most effective therapeutic strategy.

When working with children, special emphasis is placed on collaboration with parents and family members, as they play a crucial role in supporting the child’s development in everyday life. Through counselling and practical guidance, therapists help parents better understand their child’s needs and apply therapeutic principles in daily routines at home.

This way of working ensures continuity of care, strong collaboration within the team, and an individualized approach to every patient, which we consider the foundation of high-quality rehabilitation.
